It is important to evaluate the advantages of various media when considering your marketing mix. For example, print advertising has a broad reach, direct mail can be targeted to well-defined groups and the Web combines many of these advantages.

Each audience responds differently to marketing messages, visuals and product benefits. Feel free to leverage all marketing materials or customize and leverage those you feel best fit your strategy.

In order to download the source files located below each marketing piece, simply right-click the link and save the file to an appropriate folder on your computer or network server. You will then need to open the compressed file and distribute to the appropriate resources for customization.

Statement Insert

Statement inserts are an inexpensive way to market solutions to your customer/member base, since you are already spending postage dollars to mail their monthly statements. Your DOLLAR$TOP tool kit contains a press-ready statement insert template, complete with targeted messaging text and graphics. The size is set to accommodate a standard #10 envelope insert, but other envelope sizes can be used by modifying the size of the insert.

Postcard

Reinforce the benefits of the DOLLAR$TOP program with a direct mail postcard. A postcard offers the advantages of direct mail at a much lower mailing and production cost than larger pieces. It features a main message and a call to action focusing on a special offer or incentive for usage.

Print Ad

Print ads are a common media vehicle for many financial institutions, whether they're used on a local or national level. Banner ads are intended to be used on your organization's Web site. Because the Web is interactive by design, banner ads allow you to track the effectiveness of your messages. You can research how many people saw your ads and how many people responded by clicking on them. By analyzing these results over time, you can develop the most effective marketing strategies and promotions.

You can respond to your results measurement much more quickly with banner advertising than with other media. If one ad is enjoying a much higher response rate than others, you can review the messages of your other banner ads to improve their success rates.
